RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

  • We accept exchanges and returns received within 14 days from the delivery date.
    RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNUSED, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED, AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND PLASTIC WRAP .
  • If you would like to make an exchange, we suggest placing a new order for the item you want to ensure that it does not go out of stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Our warehouse will process your refund within 5 business days from the date we receive your return. Depending on your card policy, allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • For any orders over customer pays return shipping.
  • At this time, International customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse. You may ship your return with a carrier of your choice. For your safety, we recommend sending via a trackable and insured method so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse. Remember to keep the tracking number for your own records.
  • We have no control over customs, sometimes they withhold packages or add import duties. You are liable for any extra VAT or customs charges.

  • FIXE SHIPPING PRICE FOR CUSTOMERS, 20 euros for the first piece EVERYWHERE IN THE WORLD, 10 euros FOR THE FOLLOWING.
  • EXCEPT FOR AUSTRALIA, 45 euros FOR THE FIRST PIECE, 10 euros FOR THE FOLLOWING
  • PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO PROCESS. PLEASE NOTE THAT SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND HOLIDAYS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN SHIPMENT TIME.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ARE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES ONLY, THEREFORE FEYMESS IS NOT GUARANTEEING DELIVERY DATES.
  • ONCE YOUR ORDER IS READY TO SHIP YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER VIA EMAIL. YOU CAN USE THIS TRACKING NUMBER TO SEE WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS CURRENTLY LOCATED.
  • WE SHIP WORLDWIDE EXCEPT FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: RUSSIA, CHINA.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND/OR VAT. ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES MOROCCO, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER HOW MUCH THESE CHARGES WILL BE. IF A PACKAGE IS REFUSED AND WE ARE CHARGED FOR RETURNED SHIPPING AND/OR DUTIES, THAT AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE ORIGINAL ORDER BEFORE A REFUND IS CREDITED.
